Two Dead Sharks Wash Ashore In New Smyrna Beach

Two dead sharks washed ashore in New Smyrna Beach on Thursday and Volusia County Beach Patrol thinks fisherman may be to blame.

One of the sharks measured six feet and looked as if it had been caught in an illegal gill net.

The beach patrol thinks a fisherman may have also caught the second one, but then left it to die.
