ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Channel 9 uncovered more problems with the Department of Children and Families' online application system. When major budget cuts came down two years ago, DCF closed offices and opened help sites by partnering with churches and other organizations. But Eyewitness News has learned the sites aren't getting any funding or staffing.Twelve sites in Orange and Seminole County were surveyed and more than half were closed. "The problem is there is no one here to manage those computers no one here to manage those people when they have questions or concerns and need guidance," said Pastor Robert Jackson of the New Bethel A.M.E. church.DCF gave a statement late Tuesday. It acknowledged its partners have limited resources and suggested that people call the service centers before visiting them.
