SANFORD, Fla. -- Channel 9 has learned that the 10-year-old boy badly burned when a plane crashed into his Sanford home in July is now listed in fair condition.

Over 95 percent of Daniel Happy's body was burned. He was taken to the Shiners’ Hospital in Cincinnati.

The plane crashed just two minutes after the pilot reported smoke in the cockpit.

Five people were killed.
