One house that had been appraised at nearly $600,000 before the bombs were found was receiving offers around $280,000.One homeowner says the stigma attached to the area is too much to overcome."They can take my home. Take my home. We'll talk about damages later, just take my home. I want out," said Ralph Hernandez, a homeowner and realtor.A Dallas firm is handling the case.
