Florida Southern Student Found Dead In Apartment After Fraternity Event

LAKELAND, Fla. -- A Florida Southern College student died after a fraternity event at the college in Lakeland.Michael Szwed was found dead in his apartment after going home sick from Saturday's on-campus event. His fraternity was holding a slip and slide event.An autopsy revealed Szwed had a lacerated spleen, but police don't know if he was injured on the slip and slide. They don't suspect foul play.
