WINTER GARDEN, Fla. -- A mix-up over a 75-cent toll nearly cost a Winter Garden man his license and $150.In August, Bob Riley's transponder didn't register in a SunPass lane on the 528. He said he never knew there was a problem until three months later. That's when he got a notice in the mail that his license was about to be suspended."I got a little card in the mail that stated you can come to traffic school. A little bell went off and I was like, 'Traffic school for what?'" Riley said.Riley found out his license was suspended and he owed $150 in fines. He convinced the court to give him his license back, but will have to present his case to a judge February 13.The Expressway Authority claims Riley didn't respond to their warnings and that's why his case was sent to court.
