The court told the media Tuesday not to photograph the faces of 13-year-olds Austin Mohr, Tyler Christian and Charlene Russell. Eyewitness News was permitted to photograph them during their first appearance last week.

The three were taken into custody Friday after, investigators said, they were trying to get guns to pull off a Columbine-style shooting at DeLand Middle School.

Charlene Russell will be transported at some point in the next week for additional treatment. Her mother said she could be suicidal.

"Yes, because she has cuts on her arms and legs," Ruth Russell said.

The trio will be arraigned on charges of conspiracy to commit murder in two weeks.
