HOUSTON -- A 14-year-old girl has been questioned about a stillborn fetus found in an airplane's trash bin.Houston police said no charges have been filed against the juvenile because they're waiting for autopsy results to determine if a crime occurred.A police spokesman said that, after talking to the juvenile and a number of passengers, all indications are that the birth occurred sometime during the flight.A cleaning crew found the fetus in one of the lavatories on the Continental Airlines jet, reported KPRC-TV in Houston. The discovery was made after flight 433 from New York's LaGuardia Airport arrived at George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston at about 4:45 p.m. Sunday. Investigators said the fetus was discovered at about 5:15 p.m., nearly 15 minutes after passengers got off the aircraft. The fetus was taken to the Harris County Medical Examiner's Office, where it was determined the fetus was not viable, officials said. The FBI is involved in the investigation and working with Houston police to determine if a crime was committed. If detectives determine there was a crime, the agencies would decide jurisdiction over the case based on the approximate time the crime occurred.
