ORLANDO, Fla. -- The woman who was pushed down the stairs by an Orlando police officer wants him to be fired and criminally charged.

Surveillance video showed Officer Fernando Trinidad pushing Jessica Aspirilla down the stairs at Club Paris in 2007. But Officer Trinidad was suspended without pay for just one day.Aspirilla is expected to file her request Wednesday morning.
