Lou Pearlman's Attorneys Request Delay In Sentencing

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Convicted conman Lou Pearlman was supposed to be sentenced next month. But now he may not learn his punishment until August or later if his lawyers get their way.Tuesday, Pearlman’s lawyers made a request to continue Pealman's sentencing because they need more time to prepare.Last month, Pearlman accepted a plea deal and admitted to scamming banks and investors out of $300 million.It's now up to a federal judge to approve the request to delay sentencing.
