ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- The woman accused of attacking another woman at Disney World is expected to testify in her own defense Thursday. Prosecutors say Victoria Walker beat up another woman while she waited in line at the Magic Kingdom's Mad Tea Party ride.Victoria Walker said she feels like she is the victim. She will try to convince a jury that Amy Krause started the fight that day.Ten-year-old Darby Tamblin held her teddy bear tightly as she walked into the courtroom. She and her mother were on the Mad Tea Party ride the day prosecutors say Amy Krause of Clermont was attacked."Were they already fight when you looked at this," Tamblin was asked."Yeah, kind of. That's when she started pulling her hair," Darby Tamblin responded.Tamblin pointed out that Walker was the woman she saw attacking Krause. Prosecutors said Walker kicked, punched and choked Krause all because she thought Krause and her two children cut to the front of the line.Walker was visiting Disney World last May with a group from her church in Alabama. Fellow church member Jerry Satcher told the jury that Krause was the aggressor."The lady, she fell on me and she got up. When she got up she said my husband is a police officer and I'm going to get you and all of this and she was cursing and stuff like that," Satcher said. The jury is expected to hear Walker's side of the story Thursday.
