Teacher Arrested Again On Allegations She Had Sex With Teen Student

TAMPA, Fla. -- A Tampa teacher arrested in March for having sex with a student has been arrested again. Investigators arrested 29-year-old Stephanie Ragusa at her home Tuesday.Investigators said Ragusa had sex with one of her 15-year-old students at Davidson Middle School as recently as March 10. That was just days before her first arrest for allegedly having sex with another student.Investigators said the pair had more than 20 sexual encounters.Detectives said they obtained text messages between the pair and the teen also identified two of Ragusa's tattoos that can't be seen if she's fully clothed.
