DeLand Woman Found Directing Traffic Topless

DELAND, Fla. -- A DeLand woman was taken to a mental illness facility after she was found directing traffic topless.Police said several drivers saw the woman stripping while running in and out of traffic at the corner of Euclid and Orange avenues on Wednesday.When officers arrived, they found her talking to herself, foaming at the mouth and screaming that "God told her to do it."The woman was taken to Act Corporation for treatment.
