ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- An Alabama grandmother was sentenced to jail Wednesday after being found guilty of battery. Victoria Walker, 51, was found guilty of attacking another woman on a ride at Disney World earlier this month.

A judge Wednesday afternoon sentenced Walker to 90 days in jail. She could have faced up to a year.On May 27 of last year, Walker and Aimee Krause got into an argument while waiting in line at Magic Kingdom's Mad Tea Party ride. Prosecutors said Walker got angry when Krause's kids cut to the front.Throughout the trial, Walker said she didn't start the fight at the ride and insisted that Krause was the real troublemaker.The 90-day sentence for Walker will end up being 58 days, because she's already served 32 days in county jail.
