SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. -- Late Friday morning, the judge who threw out 10,000 SunPass citations denied a request from transportation officials to reconsider. In April, Judge John Galluzo dismissed Seminole County toll citations for customers who have E-PASS or SunPass accounts in good standing. The Florida Department of Transportation thought the ruling was too broad, but the judge says thousands of drivers and their driving records have been harmed by the toll troubles that Channel 9 has continued to expose for the last six months.
