Woman Beaten In Line At Magic Kingdom Sues Disney

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Disney officials say a lawsuit filed on behalf of a woman who was beaten up at the Mad Tea Party ride is without merit.An attorney for Aimee Krause filed the suit in Orange County court, claiming park security was inadequate.Krause was assaulted after another park guest said Krause had tried to jump in line in front of her. The guest who attacked Krause was convicted.Krause's husband is also suing the park for the loss of his wife's support and companionship after the attack.Disney officials say they responded to the incident appropriately.
