Mother Arrested After 5-Year-Old Found Pushing Bicycle On Busy Highway

LAKE COUNTY, Fla. -- Lake County deputies have charged a mother with child neglect after they found her five-year-old daughter pushing a bicycle down a five-lane highway.

When deputies arrested Darlene Unwin, they say they found cocaine in her purse. She told them the girl's 14-year-old sister was supposed to be caring for her.
