SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. -- A glitch in the state VINE program left some people believing an accused baby snatcher was out of jail Thursday. When VINELINK rebooted its system, it sent out incorrect notices that some suspects had been released, including Jennifer Latham. She's accused of stealing a newborn baby from a Sanford hospital in March. The baby was returned unharmed to its mother.Seminole County jail officials say Latham is still in jail and the VINELINK glitch has been fixed.
