Sources confirm the medical examiner's report released Monday says 22-month-old Tyler Rodgers had traces of cocaine in his system when he died in March. It was found in his urine during an autopsy and has now launched an entirely new investigation.Dontavious Rodgers was crying when he walked out of court two weeks ago charged with the death of his own son. He has admitted he was the only one in the room with the toddler when the boy was killed and it was his gun that fired the fatal shot. But Dontavious has claimed it was his son who shot himself. Now the father, a convicted felon with a known history of drug use, will have to answer for the cocaine his son was reportedly exposed to before his death.Ocoee police have already begun their new investigation, but in order to charge his father they will have to prove Tyler was in his father's care when he came in contact with the cocaine.
