OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. -- Osceola County deputies are investigating a shooting near Kissimmee where one man was killed.

Investigators say Raul Velez was shot Wednesday night near Carroll Street and Central Avenue (see map). He died Thursday morning from his injuries.

Investigators said the suspect was seen driving a late 1980s to early 1990s, two-toned Chevy Blazer S-10.
