Construction Worker Shot In The Eye With Nail Gun

A construction worker was accidently shot in the eye with a nail gun Tuesday. Late Tuesday afternoon, the 38-year-old man was flown to Orlando Regional Medical Center from Osceola County.

The man had been working at a construction site on Jones Lane in Kissimmee (see map). His name and condition have not been released.

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is expected to investigate the accident.
