Singapore-Based Company To Build Giant Ferris Wheel In Orlando

Plans are underway to create a structure that developers promise will reshape Orlando's skyline and tourism industry.

The Great Wheel Corporation plans to build a giant Ferris wheel along I-Drive. Similar landmarks are already in four major international cities. The one in Beijing stands 918 feet tall.

Representatives for the Singapore-based company released few details, but did say construction begins next Wednesday.
