Case Re-Opened For Jail Officers Who Allegedly Lied On Timesheets

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- A case has been re-opened for two Orange County jail officers who were fired for lying on their timesheets.Months ago, an investigation found officers Donald Wallace and Kelly Ragan, each had been paid more than $300 they didn't earn. Timesheets and jail logs were never discovered in the case.Prosecutors said they have new evidence to go forward. Reports also said the jail chief offered to re-hire one of the officers with back pay until his county supervisors found out.
