COCOA, Fla. -- Police in Cocoa are looking for the thieves who stole a front-end loader and pickup from a construction company and then used the vehicles to dislodge and steal a nearby automatic teller machine Friday morning.Just before 5:00am, officers responded to a silent ATM alarm at the Washington Mutual Bank on State Road 524 near Industry Road. They found a heavily-damaged overhang, which covered the ATM machine in the drive-thru lane of the bank. The ATM was missing and the front-end loader stood nearby. The loader had been stolen from nearby Kiewatt Construction along with a pickup truck.Police determined that after using the loader to dislodge the ATM the suspects dumped it into the bed of the truck and then drove off.A search by a K-9 turned up nothing. By late Friday morning, police had not released the amount of money taken.
