ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- A Disney worker is taking his fight to the courts to get his job back.

Edwin Sotomayor defied Disney and said he can bring his gun to work locked in his car and is protected by a new state law.Disney, though, fired him because they say guns are still prohibited on the property.Sotomayor says he will file a petition Friday to get his job back.
