Man Makes Plea On Charges He Pulled Gun On Repo Man

A Lake County grandfather pled no contest to aggravated assault charges for pulling a gun out and threatening a repo man.

Fred Gansley said he was just trying to protect his family when he saw a stranger on his property in Eustis last November. It turned out the man was there to repossess a truck that belonged to Gansley's son.

Gansley will be sentenced next month.
