Turnpike Entrance Ramps Reopened After Sign Repairs

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- A late night crash on I-4 near Florida's Turnpike left a large sign severely damaged.

Officials said a tractor trailer crashed into the sign that marks an off-ramp from I-4 to the Turnpike. The damage was so severe that a crane was called to the scene to help secure the sign until crews could be called in to fix the problem.Turnpike officials closed both ramps from I-4 to the Turnpike at 10am Friday to fix the sign. The ramps were reopened by noon.
