OCALA, Fla. -- An Ocala woman took the stand Friday in her racial discrimination case against the Department of Children and Families.

Cynthia Ausby says she was passed up for several positions for which she was qualified because she is black.

Ausby worked for DCF for 14 years but says she was laid off after she applied for more than 20 positions with the agency and was not hired for any of them.
