Wife Killer Gets 10 Years For A Different Crime

SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. -- A man convicted of forcing his step-daughter to watch her mother's murder was sentenced to ten years in prison.But Tuesday's sentence related only to a charge that Tai Pham assaulted a law enforcement officer.In May, a jury recommended that Pham be sentenced to death for his wife's murder. A judge will decide on the death penalty case in November.
