LAKE COUNTY, Fla. -- The owner of Lake County's only strip club wants his dancers to continue to take it all off so he's suing the county.David Wasserman, owner of Fantasy Gentlemen's Club on Highway 27, says the ordinance that regulates adult entertainment licenses violates his constitutional rights. Wasserman says the dancing done at his club is considered free expression and is protected by the U.S. Constitution. The lawsuit also names Wasserman's landlord because Wasserman believes the landlord has worked with the county to try to take his license.A hearing date for the case has not been set.
