Orange County Commissioners resisted requests for more money to pay for deputies' overtime to patrol the Anthonys' neighborhood.

The HOA says its residents are held hostage in their own homes because of unruly behavior by protestors in front of George and Cindy's home.

The sheriff's office says it needs extra funding because they are pulling deputies out of high crime areas to respond to calls to the Anthony home.

However, commissioners were unwilling to give the sheriff's offices' budget a boost.

"It's tough for me to look at my residents and say we'll use taxpayer dollars when we have residents that have bigger criminal activity going on in their community," said Orange County Commissioner Tiffany Moore Russell.

An attorney for the Homeowner's Association said the community doesn't have enough money to continue seeking an injunction against the protesters in court.

A judge ruled against an injunction (read full ruling), but residents in Casey Anthony's neighborhood are still planning to show up at the county commission meeting Tuesday to demand protection from protestors.

County leaders are trying to figure out what can be done legally to protect everyone's rights. Eyewitness News has been told the county has ruled out a neighborhood protest ordinance similar to the one the city of Orlando has, because it likely would not hold up in court.

George Anthony showed up at the meeting Tuesday morning, either to voice his opinion at the meeting or just to listen to what everyone else has to say, but the issue will be heard Tuesday afternoon during the public comment item on the agenda.

Protesters have been showing up at the Anthony home on a regular basis, starting with the Labor Day weekend. The Anthonys cancelled one prayer vigil at their home because of it, but went forward on Sunday night with the vigil even though the homeowners' association asked them not to.

Most protesters were pleased with the judge's denial of the injunction request, but one protestor, a Casey impersonator, was more concerned about the media.

"I'm not talking, because you guys twist everything around and you don't know how to say what we say," the woman told Eyewitness News reporter Derrol Nail.

"I have the decision that says you can stay. What is your reaction?" Nail asked her.

The impersonator gave no response.

The county has pretty much ruled out a curfew. What's expected Tuesday is for the county commission to tell the sheriff's office to do what it has to in order to keep the peace in the Anthony's neighborhood.

The sheriff's new nearly $190 million budget for next year kicks in Wednesday, so commissioners will suggest Sheriff Kevin Beary can do whatever he needs to so he can "take care of business" as he likes to say.

Neighbors of the Anthonys who want to be heard on how to control the protesting in Chickasaw Oaks subdivision can be heard Tuesday afternoon at the Orange County Administration Building during the time dedicated to public comment at the meeting.

ZENAIDA GONZALEZ SPEAKS TO WFTV

The woman Casey Anthony says last had Caylee Anthony says the accusation has turned her world upside down. Channel Nine's Mary Nguyen spoke with Zenaida Gonzalez at the RDV complex in Maitland on Monday morning.

"I just get in the car and cry. I'm being judged for something I didn't do," Zenaida Gonzelez told Eyewitness News.

She is the woman who Casey Anthony claims took 3-year-old Caylee. She said, ever since Casey Anthony told authorities that Zenaida lived at the Sawgrass Apartments and took care of Caylee, her world has been turned upside down.

"I also do have those threatening phone calls at 2:00 or 3:00am, threatening my kids, threatening myself," Gonzalez said.

For the first time, Zenaida Gonzalez revealed her face to the public in an interview with Eyewitness News. Zenaida is a single mother of six and says she is having a hard time coping. She wants everyone to know that she is innocent.

"To clear my name, to get some type of closure. I want the truth to come out. I want them to know that I didn't do anything wrong," Zenaida said.

When Caylee Anthony was reported missing, Casey told detectives the last time she saw her daughter was when she dropped her off at the Sawgrass Apartments. She said she left her with a nanny by the name of Zenaida Gonzalez.

Zenaida said she never met Casey Anthony. She took a tour of the apartment complex earlier in the year, but that's the only connection she has to them.

"There are a lot of people out there who believe in her, that do believe her lies," Zenaida said.

Detectives believe Casey made up the name, but Zenaida says people all over the country are blaming her for Caylee's disappearance.

"They call me bad words right from the beginning and tell me they are going to do bad things to my daughters for what I did to little Casey, I mean Caylee," she said.

Zenaida and her Attorney John Morgan filed a civil lawsuit last week. They said they want her name cleared.

Zenaida said that she has been fired from her job and due to the incident; no one wants to hire her. Zenaida also said she just got of the hospital on Sunday because of a bleeding ulcer.

CASEY ANTHONY GETS DRUG TESTED

Casey Anthony was tested for drugs Monday. She said nothing Monday afternoon as she left a meeting with her home confinement manager at the Orange County Corrections building.

While Casey was drug tested, the results have not been released.

SUPPORTERS JOIN ANTHONYS FOR CAYLEE VIGIL

While supporters of the Anthony family prayed for Caylee Sunday night, a handful of protesters stood across the street and tried to disrupt Sunday night's vigil. Their efforts, though didn’t keep Cindy Anthony from reading a poem.

"Caylee where ever you are, we promise you that you will be back in our arms real soon. There is nothing more important Caylee, than bringing you home," Cindy read.

It’s the same poem she wanted to read last Sunday night, but couldn’t. The Anthony family cancelled last week’s vigil to try to bring back the peace and quite that disappeared from the Hopespring Drive neighborhood soon after the child’s mother, Casey reported her missing.

"When it got cancelled due to things like that, it's just sad that we can't hold a fifteen minute vigil for a child who's missing," said supporter Darlene Schmidt.

The Anthony’s held the vigil because they thought that with the help of security and hired private investigators, the turmoil on their street had calmed down.

Meanwhile, Casey Anthony will be out of the house again for her weekly appointment with a home confinement manager.

INTERVIEW WITH CINDY ANTHONY RELEASED

It was a grueling two-hour interview with Cindy Anthony, where she frequently interrupted and dodged investigators' questions. It ended with them begging her to stop misleading the public, because it was hurting their search for Caylee.

Cindy told a whole new story about where Casey was the first week Caylee was gone during the interview with investigators on August 1. Cindy Anthony relayed to detectives a totally different story Casey told her about where she and Caylee were the week after Caylee had last been seen. Casey said she was working long hours, staying at the Hard Rock Hotel near Universal and at Busch Gardens, where she and the nanny took Caylee on Sunday, then Zanny had a car accident on the way home.

"Zanny had a concussion," Cindy told investigators.

Cindy said she doesn't believe any of it now and that she doesn't believe Caylee was with Zanny.

"I think that Zanny, at this point, was a real person in the beginning, but I think Zanny is now whoever's watching Caylee," Cindy said.

"Do you think we're spinning our wheels looking for a Zanny?" an investigator asked.

"I'm not sure. I have two theories. I think Zanny could either be Amy or Jesse at this point," she told them.
