JetBlue Backs Out Of Building Project

ORLANDO, Fla. -- JetBlue Airways will not build a 300 room crew lodge on land at the Orlando International Airport.Orlando city commissioners voted Monday night to let JetBlue out of a 30-year lease on land at the airport. he company planned to build the crew lodge to house employees enrolled at the nearby training center. It even broke ground on the project, in 2006.But this May, the airline said it couldn't afford construction costs due to rising fuel prices.
