Popular Orlando Restaurant Reopens After Unpaid Taxes Issue

Tuesday, October 14, 2008

A popular Orlando restaurant that was shut down because of unpaid taxes has re-opened.

Johnson's Diner was forced to close its doors last month, because the state revoked its certificate of registration for owing $62,000 in unpaid sales taxes.

Eyewitness News first reported the problems with Johnson's Diner in August. From 2006 to March 2008, records show the diner owed $84,000.
