PALM BAY, Fla. -- A 16-year-old Palm Bay boy was indicted on first-degree murder charges.

Alan Michael Tanguay had to appear before a Brevard County judge Wednesday. He will be tried as an adult for the murder of Patricia Kaliszeski in September.Tanguay is accused of robbing the woman for six dollars he used to buy beer.
