ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- During Thursday morning's pre-trial hearing in the case against Casey Anthony, the judge postponed the trial until sometime in March per attorney Jose Baez's request.PRE-TRIAL HEARING:See Images | Raw Video The judge set another pre-trial status hearing for January 15 at 9:00am, but did not specify when in March the trial would start.Baez also told the judge he planned to file a change of venue.Casey Anthony did not attend Thursday's hearing. There really was pizza, I seen it and I know what was in there," George said to Larry King.The Anthonys say they are focusing on the alleged Caylee sightings and claim the most recent was Wednesday in Tennessee inside of a grocery store."My investigator has already spoken with the Tennessee authorities and the tipster and we are just waiting to see if there is any video in the store," Cindy said.George and Cindy also spoke out against law enforcement."I wanted them to put out an Amber Alert for my granddaughter, which they never did. Wednesday, Baez sent someone to the sheriff's office to get the personnel files of detectives John Allen and Yuri Melich.However, he didn't pick up the list of 1,800 Caylee sightings that he requested over a month ago. Despite all the evidence, the Anthonys insist Caylee is alive. The photo was submitted to a tip line in the ongoing search for the missing child.VIDEO REPORT:Baez Makes Request To Obtain VideoBaez wants the Florida Mall to turn over all of its surveillance tapes from 2:00pm to 5:00pm on November 16. In a motion filed Monday and released by the State Attorney's Office on Wednesday (read it), he asked a court to subpoena them. No decision has been made yet.Baez wants access to the tapes because "in spite of the first degree murder charges faced by Ms. Anthony, this is still a missing person's case.""The inability to act could hinder the prompt and safe recovery of Caylee Marie Anthony," Baez wrote in the request.The Florida Mall has thus far refused to release the video. ANTHONYS TO TESTIFY IN CIVIL CASELater this month the Anthonys will have to testify in a civil case filed against their daughter, Casey. They are scheduled to give depositions in the suit filed by Zenaida Gonzales. That's the name of the woman who Casey claimed was the mystery babysitter, who kidnapped Caylee.However, Gonzales said she doesn't know Casey, and that she ruined her good name. Casey has also filed a countersuit against Gonzales.
