ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Two new restaurants are scheduled to open in downtown Orlando Thursday, but the tough economy has forced two other businesses to close their doors.Graze and Sanctuary Diner, both on the ground floor of The Sanctuary condominium building in Thornton Park closed over the weekend."I think the rent is too high in places like this to start off with. The economy is down. They're not busy every night [and] they need to be busy every night in places like this," said Lee Wortman, downtown business owner.Despite the losses, a City of Orlando spokesperson says five new restaurants have opened in the downtown area since the beginning of 2009.The two new restaurants opening Thursday are The Plaza Cinema Café, located in the new movie theater, and Fat Daddy's Grill on Orange Avenue.
