Man In Missing Woman Case Faces New Charges

SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. -- The prime suspect in an Ocoee woman's disappearance could be charged in another case out of Seminole County Friday. Police say James Hataway, 28, may be linked to as many as six cases in the area.

A Casselberry woman came forward earlier in the week after she learned Hataway was a suspect in Tracy Ocasio's disappearance.

She told Eyewitness News that Hataway tried to kill her when she gave him a ride home last August.

Seminole County detectives say her case is their top priority and they may file charges Friday or early next week.
