OCOEE, Fla. -- The same group that spent weeks searching for Caylee Anthony's body will search for a missing Ocoee woman starting Saturday.

Texas EquuSearch met Friday with Tracy Ocasio's father. Tracy Ocasio disappeared more than two weeks ago and the man she was last seen with, James Hataway is in jail.

Tracy's parents say they just want to find their daughter alive or dead. The hope of finding Tracy Ocasio unharmed is fading for her parents, but they're holding onto that tiny bit of hope that she's alive. However, not knowing they say is a torture in and of itself.

"You're desperate to find something," said Tracy's father, Joe Ocasio.

Two weeks into joe Ocasio's daughter Tracy's disappearance, he and his wife Liz are willing to accept help wherever they can find.

Texas-based EquuSearch answered the Ocoee dad's call and this weekend, members of the group will search for his missing daughter.

A small scouting party looked over likely areas to search Friday.

"I brought in about a half-dozen," said Joe Ocasio.

One of the areas is near West Franklin Street in Ocoee; Joe Ocasio says he's been there before. It's near the location where his daughter's abandoned yellow Chevy Cobalt was found.

The area is roughly 15 miles from where she was last seen on May 27 at a Metrowest bar with James Hataway, who is a suspect in Ocasio's disappearance.

"We still have a dim, a little bit of hope, of hope that she's still alive. But we know that if he did something to her, she's not alive and we're looking for her body," said Joe Ocasio.

Hataway was transferred to the Seminole County jail Friday afternoon on charges of aggravated battery, robbery and burglary. It's all related to a case involving another woman who claims Hataway tried to choke her in 2008.

Joe Ocasio says he hopes Hataway is not involved in his daughter's case.

"I don't want him to be involved because then there's some hope she's still alive," he said.

The head of EquuSearch, Tim Miller, arrived at Orlando International Airport Friday evening. It's likely Miller and other EquuSearch members will be looking for Tracy Ocasio while Hataway makes his first appearance from the Seminole County jail.
