New Search Begins For Missing Ocoee Woman

Monday morning, search teams and volunteers will begin a new search for missing 27-year-old Tracy Ocasio. Monday's search will be the third organized by Texas Equusearch, a volunteer search organization.

On Sunday, hundreds of volunteers scoured the area where Ocasio's car was found abandoned.

Volunteers went over 150 acres of thick woods near Blueford and Colonial in Ocoee.

Seven search teams also looked in an area where James Hataway was known to dump trash.

Hataway was the last person to see Ocasio before she disappeared nearly three weeks ago.

"Maybe he did something to her, because that seems to be what he does," said Elizabeth Ocasio, missing woman's mother.

Hataway made his first appearance in court in Seminole County over the weekend for aggravated battery charges in an unrelated case.

Eyewitness News will be there when the new search begins and we will have the latest developments as soon as they happen.
