Volusia County Man Killed After Fight With Friend

VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. -- Volusia County deputies say a man was shot and killed Thursday night after an argument with a friend.

Investigators say just after 8:00 Thursday night, 66-year-old Thomas Kunzer ran into a Subway restaurant claiming he shot his friend after the man pulled a knife on him in an argument.

Deputies found 60-year-old Jesse Fleming dead at a home on Tangerine Avenue in DeLand.

So far, Kunzer hasn’t been charged.
