LAKE COUNTY, Fla. -- A minor chlorine leak at a water treatment facility in Lake County has been contained Wednesday morning.Hazmat crews were called out after some residents in Umatilla reported a strong smell of chlorine Tuesday night. Officials say the leak was coming from the city's facility off County Road 450.One Umatilla police officer had to be treated for minor respiratory irritation. Crews determined there was no need to evacuate any residents.
