Judge Rejects Motion To Toss Nowak Charges

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Former astronaut Lisa Nowak lost a motion to get the charges against her thrown out.Nowak is accused of attacking and trying to kidnap a romantic rival. Nowak's attorneys tried to get the charges dropped, because the prosecution did not release certain evidence.The judge issued an order denying the motion Friday morning.Another hearing is set for November 11 in the case. The trial is expected to begin December 7.
