ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- The man who sparked a massive manhunt after he took a little boy from Florida Hospital Altamonte may be booked into the Orange County jail sometime Wednesday. However, police now say Vincent Marchese will not be charged with kidnapping.Eyewitness News reported the breaking news Tuesday morning as police caught Marchese trying to hide in Maitland. He is also charged with burglary because officers say he broke into a Maitland garage to try to hide.As of Wednesday morning, Marchese was still in Florida Hospital Altamonte being treated for injuries he received from a police dog bite during his arrest.
