SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. -- A busy Seminole County road was back open Friday morning after it was shut down for hours when a van hit and killed a pedestrian.A white van struck the man as he was crossing SR-434 just before 11:00pm Thursday night.A witness told Eyewitness News that he was killed instantly by the impact. His name has not been released."We heard a big bang. We looked around. I thought it was a car hitting another car until I noticed there was a pedestrian, a body, laying out in street," said Adam Walker, eyewitness.Florida Highway Patrol troopers say the driver of the van was not drinking. The crash is still under investigation.
