BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. -- Palm Bay police have arrested a third person in connection with a hit-and-run.WFTV first reported Monday when police say a woman struck and killed her sister-in-law with her car.Now, 46-year-old Kevin Curtis is facing charges of resisting arrest, tampering with evidence and giving false statements.Curtis was the victim's boyfriend. Police say he lied to them, saying a stranger had run his girlfriend over.
