Three Men Charged With Animal Cruelty, Child Neglect

TITUSVILLE, Fla. -- Three men have been charged with animal cruelty and child neglect.

Derrick Hamilton, 25, Philip Hair, 26, and 40-year-old Alonzo Hair were arrested in Titusville on Monday for tying up a hog and having two pit bulls viciously attack it.

An officer shot the hog because it was so badly injured, and shot a pit bull who tried to attack him.

Two children were nearby and could have been hurt.
