LIGHTNING STRIKES
FROM OUR PARTNERS
Lightning struck a tree in front of a Titusville house on the corner of Azalea Avenue and Garden Street.

The power of the strike knocked out the windows. Vicki Archuleta was home when it happened.

"The hit was so close, when the windows shattered you cold smell smoke from it. It was that close," Archuleta said.

Residents said that last year lightning struck a tree right across the driveway from Tuesday night's strike.
