No one hurt after 5-vehicle crash on I-75

MARION COUNTY, Fla. — All southbound lanes of Interstate 75 are open after a five-vehicle crash shut down lanes early Sunday morning.

Two cars, a pickup truck with a trailer, a tractor-trailer truck and an SUV were involved in the collision just north of mile marker 354, according to Ocala Fire Rescue.

Firefighters stopped a leak from the punctured fuel tank of the tractor-trailer, officials said.

Ocala Fire Rescue said the trailer attached to the pickup truck overturned and spilled about 1,000 wooden crates across the roadway.

All six people in the vehicles involved were not injured.
