Woman Accused Of Shooting Bottle Rocket At Sheriff's Helicopter

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- An Orange County woman is accused of taking aim at the sheriff's department helicopter with bottle rockets.

Deputies said Emarjorie Thompson fired one rocket Thursday night and was about to fire another in the area of 36th Street when K-9s found her.She was allegedly tired of hearing the chopper fly over her house. It was looking for a stolen car.Thompson is now in the Orange County jail.
