Help Out Rescued Arabian Horse That Was Abandoned

Posted: 10:59 am EDT July 14, 2006Updated: 11:02 am EDT July 14, 2006

Channel 9 has received several calls on how you can help a 30-year-old Arabian horse found abandoned behind a Bithlo home.

The horse, name Moe, had been forced to fend for itself for months and was nearly 300 pounds underweight.

Thursday, the SPCA rescued the horse and then Paula Fulton, of west Orange County, adopted him.

To help support Moe’s recovery, mail a check to: SPCA of Central Florida, 2727 Conroy Road, Orlando, FL 32839. Make the check out to the SPCA and put "Moe" in the memo section.
